She possesses more than 20 years of instructor-led and virtual training experience both as a developer of training and facilitator of training. She graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Journalism and has completed certifications in Mastering the Art of Instructor-Led Training, Accelerated Learning Principles, Criterion-Referenced Instruction and Instructional Module Design.
