Debbie Woodham possesses more than 18 years of experience
as an instructional designer, trainer, and marketing specialist.
Her performance-based training style is rooted in the education
and experience she has acquired while working with the training
and design techniques developed by well-known author Dr. Robert
Mager (Mager Six-Pack). Her style of training is both dynamic,
interactive, entertaining and geared toward diverse audiences.
Since founding The Woodham Group, Inc. in 1995, she has specialized
in performing training needs assessments, designing and developing
instructional programs, and delivering and facilitating training.
Through The Woodham Group, she works with organizations nationwide
to deliver customized training to professionals at all skill
levels from support staff to executive management.
A specialized area of her work includes conducting job and
occupational profiling as a licensed WorkKeys® Profiler. She
uses the WorkKeys® system to guide organizations in determining
the skill requirements necessary for effective job performance.
